As a result of an internal competition in the studio “prototypical design” at the chair of Prof. Regine Leibinger, several student projects were selected to be realized for a temporary exhibition curated by the “Parkkultur Rügen” society. These projects were realized in close collaboration between the TU Berlin and wood processing firms, using latest processing techniques. In the context of Rügen's manor house and park architectures, the structures engage in a prolific dialogue with its surroundings. Set as temporary architectures, the pavilions showcase spatial and constructive potentials of prototypical and digital design processes from form finding to implementation in 1:1 scale.
